Day of the scale 2

Those were some strange two weeks. I've went through a gain I didn't foresee, I got very very angry, I got very very determined to beat it, I worked my ass off hard... and it worked! I proudly declare I lost 5.4 lbs since my last weigh-in two weeks ago. This scale victory (but not only) is oh-so sweet!, and as my new strategy for good life and self love - I'm going to enjoy it to the core *s*.

Here are the numbers to perpetuate today's glorious (yeap ;-)) stats:

» Starting Weight: 187 lbs, Current Weight: 161.2 lbs, Goal Weight: 130 lbs.
» 25.8 lbs lost in 12 weeks (45.26% of the amount of lbs I want to lose), an average of 2.15 lbs loss per week.
» 31.2 lbs left to goal.

And while we're on it, that's the sum up of my January workout:

» Bike = 2 h 25 m.
»» Total bike so far = 19 h 5 m.
» Treadmill = 40 h 35 m = 123.06 m = 198.04 km.
»» Total treadmill so far = 79 h 5 m = 235.71 m = 379.34 km.

Oh, and according to my up-to-date RealAge test, my real age score is 48.8 now. Considering it was 61 only 3 months ago - I'm very pleased!!! *s*. I bet you as soon as I stop smoking - it'll go down even more.
