Day of the scale 4
The first thing I'd like to say today: High intensity short Intervals training works!!! I've tried it this week both on the treadmill and the stationary bike, and the results are in: I lost lots of weight! I'm feeling so "high" right now, it's hard to describe... In the last 2 weeks I lost 5 lbs! This really feels unbelievable to me *s*.
So... here are the numbers for today's stats:
» 5 lbs lost since the last weigh-in (Feb. 14, 2007).
» Starting Weight: 187 lbs, Current Weight: 154.2 lbs, Goal Weight: 130 lbs.
» 32.8 lbs lost in 16 weeks (57.54% of the amount of lbs I want to lose), an average of 2.05 lbs loss per week. Mid point of my weight loss phase had been crossed this last week!!!
» 24.2 lbs left to goal.
And what have I accomplish in February workout wise? Treadmill - 34 h = 104.74 m = 168.56 km. Bike - 2 h 45 m. Quite satisfactory for me, but now it really feels the time to add some weights training... I'm still not sure about the routine, so I'll take few more days to figure out the way to go, and then.... building lean mean machine time, baby!!! ;-)).
Wow, I'm so happy with myself this morning, and this is a darn good feeling. Being in control is priceless!!!
