Workouts totals

I've reviewed my workouts so far, and came up with some interesting numbers:

» In April 07 I worked out for a total of 32 hours & 5 minutes. Only 1 hour of those was on the bike. The rest was done by walking 99.93 miles (160.82 km) in & outdoors.

» Since I've started my healthy plan almost 6 months ago (Nov. 7, 06), I've worked out for a total of 201 hours & 10 minutes.
I rode 28 hours & 50 minutes on the stationary bike.
I hiked 17.7 mile (28.48 km) outside for 5 hours & 5 minutes.
I walked 513.14 mile (825.82 km) on the treadmill for 167 hours & 15 minutes.

Not bad, is it? *s*.

6 months ago, when I started on the treadmill, I could walk for 30 minutes on 0% incline and 3.00 mph speed. Now I'm able to walk 1 hour on 3.1 mph speed and 6% incline, or 1 hour on 3.5 mph speed and 2% incline. My legs got much stronger and the muscles show on my calves and part of my thighs.

Yeap, I got me some strong legs with hard work and dedication. Now it's time to move on to the core and the upper body. I wonder what pulls me back from doing it so far... It's as if I'm scared to lift weights again. Strange...
