This time around, I've decided to move the gym into my home, into the basement. We acquired the NordicTrack C2200 treadmill, while already having a stationary bike and some dumbbells. To overcome the boredom which results from walking on a treadmill in an undeveloped basement, we also got a small TV, and voila... a mini homey gym, which suits me just perfect for the cold wintery long months of Calgary.
