• One of the things we like to do is to sit by the airport and watch the planes take off or come in. The roaring sounds of the mighty jet engines, the beauty of a "metal bird" soaring away or coming to landing - those tickling touches to our senses often give us a unique pleasure, and an enormous sense of power. Here are some sights we captured the other day... If you never tried it before - go on and sit by the airport for a while... pure pleasure is promised!

• On Saturday we went to see the Calgary car show 2004. It was fascinating, and it made us (and everyone else) drool over the many beauties we've seen there. For some, it was a place to dream and long for... for others, a great opportunity to check the market and decide what they want to buy. We've enjoyed it, and we'd like to share the sights with you (Click the photo to go to the series page).

• A very new project in town, worldPhoto.org, and it's starting to emerge. Every day there's one word on the site that has to be interpreted into a photograph. Here's our first submission, Free, taken yesterday at the Elbow Falls. And you can check the site or more!

Yesterday we went to a car show in the Stampede Park area. This requires some work since we'd like to have a whole series of the show... so today we show you some of the old houses located around this area, in Victoria park.
The Stampede board likes to buy the ground around the park to expend it and develop some more attractions, but some people ask for too much money, so the houses are still there, crumbling, getting old... waiting for a decision regarding their fate.

We most long for springs when it's just around the corner... So let's bring some color in with a photo from August 03, from our camping trip to Vancouver. Oh, mighty mountains... we're in love!!
