• Ok, we're back and hopefully doing well... site wise. We changed our host, and that's why we were gone for a while. If you see something weird, please , ok? *s*.
• Since we live in Cowtown, signs like that don't come as a surprise... but they still bring a smile, don't they? *s*.

• Theme Thursday challenge this week is Television. Check it out to learn what we went through to get this photo *s*.
• Some more photos from the Aggie Days (agricultural) exhibition at the Stampede Park. Seeing, touching and learning about farm life first hand is a great experience, not only for kids...

Your B&W photos have great tonality and contrast. You obviously know how to shoot in my favorite medium.

Today we celebrate an anniversary - 5 years together. 5 years ago I've moved to Canada, to live with my Internet man Joe. We had a nice dinner out on Sunday, but here's a toast to many more years together, sweetie *s*... Life could never been better!

Aww that's a sweet story :-)) congrats you two! I like the sunlight on the leisure center and the tree shadows/reflections on the library

• Photo Time Tuesday this week is Hands.
• The photos of today portray an old neighborhood of the city, which is going to disappear eventually. Victoria Park resides by the Stampede Park, and is an area the Stampede Park management board want to buy in order to expend its facilities. There are already empty lots in Victoria Park (lots that were already sold) and the remaining houses and building are pretty old and neglected. One day, probably, this old neighborhood will be no more.
In away, it's a shame. We find lots of beauty within these old houses and buildings which were built so many years ago... beauty and style which are hard to find in the modern buildings they build today...

As always you do such good work! Sad when things are torn down. Think of all the memories.
