Theme Thursday is here again! Boy, where did the week go???!!! Anyway, the theme this week was Strain, and here's ours.

Few photos from Princess Island, Downtown Calgary, from 2 days ago. Obviously, the geese are back, but for some reason, They don't have too many goslings this year. Most couples we've seen on the island don't have goslings at all. I wonder if it's too early for them... or what?

Congratulations to you! I've been trying to quit (seems like 10 times in the last several months).

Thanks, Robin. We use the Zyban, and it makes it relatively easy... though we still want to
smoke... but so far - so good.

• The Calgary Flames hockey team won the Western Conference championship last night, and that means they're going to the Stanley Cup final. Calgary Flames are the first Canadian team to reach the final round since Vancouver in 1994, and it's their first return to the finals since winning the Cup in 1989.
So, it's easy to understand the joy of the Flames' fans, who took to the 17th Avenue SW last night... like they do after every game the Flames win. River of people on the road, mixing with the cars, yelling, honking their car horns, drinking beer, laughing, smiling... happy fans. We were there to watch the festivities... and take few shots *s*.
Now just imagine what will happen here in the city if/when the Flames win the Stanley Cup!
GO FLAMES GO!!! 4 MORE TO GO!!! *s*.
