On our trip to Canmore (July 2) we saw a spectacular view while looking from the Spray Lakes trail down to the Bow valley and Canmore... The blue and green Grassi Lakes.

Grassi Lakes can be found at the end of a short hiking trail, some 45 minutes climbing up and 20 minutes going down.

At the end of the hiking trail we found these two tiny lakes with an incredible emerald colors. Lots of finds in the area indicate that people had been using it for thousands of years.

Gorgeous place, with rock climbing opportunities as well.

From our day trip to Canmore and Spray lakes (west of Calgary) on Friday, July 2nd, here are few mountains and lakes photos. The Rockies again... Lots of water again... and so many other photos waiting to be uploaded, but not enough time ;-). Still having a gorgeous vacation!

And... with these photos we cross the 1000 photos line... Right now, we have 1003 photos here. Not bad for 9 months, is it? *s*.
