This series is from our trip to the USA on May 2005. All 36 photos were taken on May 10 & 12, 2005, at Arches National Park, Utah, USA.

First 12 photos are from the cloudy afternoon of May 10, 05 - our first visit to the park. Though the skies were gray and angry, we enjoyed our visit to the Park Avenue section of Arches tremendously. We went on a hike through the area, and decided there and then Arches was a very special and exceptional place. Little we knew what was awaiting us around the corner.

Next 16 photos are from the cloudy morning of May 12, 2005 - our second visit to the park. We had a morning hike to Delicate Arch, the most well known arch in the park. Sadly, the skies were gray again, but still - the red/orangy colors of the rocks were still very clear, and the view was gorgeous.

Next 8 photos are from the Devils Garden section of Arches, also taken on May 12, 2005. The sun came out when we were there, and we had some wonderful skies to go with the more wonderful landscape.

Very neat formations. Holy smokes, I just noticed how tiny the trees are in comparison to the rocks!
