Thursday Challenge for January 13, 2005, is Fun. Joe has become a grandpa on the 11th, for the first time. I have become the step
grandma. It's funny how the arrival of a new born changes one's look on things. Looking at this little perfect creature - sleeping
away his first few hours in the world, so pure, so innocent, so fragile, and yet, so strong - makes the heart sing. It fills you with
love and appreciation for the beauty of new life. It gives you the urge to protect him. It makes you think how his future will turn out
in this worrisome world of ours... It brings happiness to a troubled heart.

Yeap, holding one's grandson in one's arms sure give a whole new meaning to the word "Fun"!
