Thursday Challenge for January 27, 2005, is Cold. Though it was a gorgeous day in Kananaskis country (+8C is
gorgeous here in winter *s*), it was evident it was freezing cold up the mountains. It was windy, the clouds were
moving like crazy, and we noticed some snow flying around from time to time, right on top of the mountain, when the
wind gusts were very strong. The Rockies look even more majestic in winter time, with their white "coat" and clear
sharp lines. What a treat!!!

The first word that springs to mind is a cliche, when it comes to mountain viewing: Magnificent! Followed by the all -
purpose: Wow! Great shot, congratulations.
