Helloooooooo...

I'm here. I'm back... sort of. Lots of hugz to - Jennifer, Toni, Listener, Desiree, Cynthia, Nancze, Theresa, Sue, Ilana, Nancy - for dropping by and check on me while I was gone. You guys rock! I'm glad I wasn't totally forgotten *s*.

Joe is back to work... Bro is still here for another 2 weeks. We had a wonderful time together, but it seems time went by too quickly! I guess that's the way it goes when the company is good! *s*.

Trying to go back to normal... and it's hard. It's hard to come out of vacation mode just yet, since bro is still here, and we try to entertain ourselves some more. Lots of bike riding, lots of fireworks displays this summer... Yeap, this was a nice summer indeed.

A question to you guys: What is the screen resolution you use? What's the size of your screen? I'd very much appreciate your input... I'd like to consider it for my next redesign, so if you leave me a comment - I'll love you for ever! (Is that a good thing?).

Other than that, all is well. I'm going to go to the travel agency tomorrow... to shop for my flight ticket to Israel. Yeap, I'm going to visit there again around the last week of October. Things are happening right now for my family, but I'll tell you all about it another time, ok? Things are going to change there... and maybe for me too...

Oy Vey!!!

We had a wonderful 9 days camping trip to B.C. We'd visited Vancouver and the Island as well, and also had a short visit to Whistler. The weather was just perfect most of the time, and we had lots of fun! We also managed to have some nice bike riding, though not as much as we planned. All in all, it was a very successful trip! *s*.

Regarding photos... Now, this is a whole different story. We took them... Joe took some 180 photos with the digital, and I have a roll of 24 in my regular... But...

It'll take me some time to load any new stuff to this weblog or anywhere in my site. To my horror I've discovered that my monitor was so badly calibrated since the day I bought it, more than 3 years ago. All this time, I've seen the net in different colors and brightness and contrast than most of you out there, and therefore, all my photos (which I tried to adjust to the screen I've seen) came out too bright... too much of everything... yuck!!!

And the night photos... boy... they are so bad!!! And no one ever said anything! It looks so bad I wanted to cry, and take my whole site down till I get the chance to start all over again...

So that is the deal... My brother is still working on the calibration of my screen. He tries to make sure this time it'll be done the right way. Until we're positive it's good - no new stuff. Later, when bro will go back home, I'm going to take down my whole site, and start from scratch... and this time, I hope I'll do it the right way!

I'll try to post some more... but in general - I'm still on vacation. Lots of bike riding ahead... and just enjoying the company of my 2 men ;-))
