We've been busy, busy, busy. By now we have the first 10 days of our Utah trip written down, planned and almost ready... and 4 more days to plan. It's been like working on a puzzle with 10,000 little pieces slowly coming to place. Not easy, and some time I feel like my brain is going to explode.
But, we're getting very excited as time goes by and the trip's date comes closer. We realize we're going to see some of the most gorgeous landscapes in the world... and we can hardly wait *s*.
Anyway... Another photo from our visit to the flea market a month ago. We didn't take many new photos lately, so the archives are being searched...

Strange pic, not real sharp, or did you mean it this way?

• Early spring... The earth hasn't been touched by green yet... This country road was a sheer surprise for us, since we took it for the first time. Up and down we drove slowly, absorbing the sights of farm houses and bare trees almost ready to bloom. Though the skies were cloudy, it was a gorgeous day and a great ride.

This road takes you al the way to the other side..... great picture, colours are not so great if you ask me, but the idea of the road is great, that compensates the colours.

feels like a cold day, dark and moody traveling down that highway of life full of ups downs and endless thought - this is really beautiful and I love that sky in contrast with all the brown. Feels like home, the home where I was born in northern Alberta : )

Thanks for your great input, ladies.
Chantal, I wish there were more colors there as well, but as it is - it was beautiful and special.

Today we post a short series of downtown Calgary in monochrome. Photos were taken in 3 different occasions, and were converted to monochrome with dark red.

Here are few more photos from our day trip to Waterton Park on April 7. They were taken on our way back from Cameron Lake, a gorgeous jewel in the park, situated up in the mountains. We didn't reach the lake because at some point the road was still blocked with lots of ice and we had to turn back.
There was no other car on the road, and it was quite wonderful to drive slowly, observe the scenery and take photos towards the village and the lake down the valley.

It's amazing how much you miss the mountains being gone for so long... although there are beautiful ones here in Korea, they just don't compare with the Rockies.

You know, Mike... I've "met" the mountains 6 years ago... and fell in love right on the spot... and since then, every time I see them, I get excited as if it was the first time. I so can understand you

I love this kind of nature..... in Austria there are also this kind of views. We went there on holiday in March. Holland is flat, no mountains.

I've been to Austria too, Chantal, and yes, the mountains there are magnificent too, but... somehow they're different.

Beautiful photo. Excellent color in the sky. I can never get mine nearly that blue.
