Last post of 2005, and we choose to end this year's posting with another batch of photos from our trip to the states on May 05, this time 16 more photos from Arches National Park, Utah, USA. When you click this photo, it'll take you to this series' main page, and you can check the last 16 photos... they're the new ones.

We were glad to read we were missed by some of you *s*. The thing is, because of the cold weather, we didn't take many photos the last few weeks. And it's not that we don't have any older photos to post... we do. But they have to be prepared, and somehow, there wasn't enough time for that. We were busy with getting ready for the holidays, and we're also in the midst of a new project - the home improvement kind - that needs lots of time and planning, so with all of this - not too many new posts.

But, we're doing fine, not to worry, and we'll try to take some new stuff, and I'm also working on adding 18 new photos to our Arches NP series. So all is well. Thanks for keep visiting here, and here's a new one from yesterday to keep you coming back *s*.

The images here are always almost as lovely as the souls of those who snap them. My love to you both. E-mail Monday... we'll talk.

It's almost time for the light to come in. Tomorrow night, December 25th, we'll lit the first candle of Hanukkah, and of course, it's Christmas day. And tonight, we're going to have the family for Christmas eve dinner. The house is cleaned and decorated, most of the food is prepared, and my whole body is aching, hehe :-))... but it's all worth it! A multicultural household has lots of celebrations to go through along the year, and we enjoy them all!

So, wherever you are, and whatever holiday you're celebrating this December - have a good one, enjoy the time with your loved ones, and... just immerse yourself in the moment *s*.

Wow... there's a big gap between our last post and this one... sorry about that. We took only few photos all this time, and most of them were for another purpose. Anyways, the weather was COLD... too cold to go out and enjoy this hobby of ours. But, we went to the mall on the weekend, to look for few more presents... and of course Santa was there, posing for photos with the kids and their parents. Here's one we captured from the side.

wonderful pic. Missed you!

Heh. I keep looking at it and wondering why Santa is pushing them into the mantle. Alternately, it looks like Santa is sitting on their laps. I think the space compression effect of the telephoto's to blame.

Given the angle this was shot at, it looks like Santa's more interested in the mom.... Haha!

aww that's a really good Santa photo :-)).

And again, few more from our last day trip to Kananaskis country. Those were taken at the same small creek we showed you on our last post, close to the Elbow river. The first one is 90 degrees tilted... just for fun, you know ;-). The rocks in this area have some amazing colors, probably because of all the minerals and metals they have in them.
