The little one was one year old 11 days ago, and - of course - we went with a present. Time goes by so quickly, doesn't it?
And on a different note... We embark on our first home renovation project (finally, after 5 years since getting this place!). We already started some stuff, and for the next 2.5 weeks we'll be very busy with transforming our computer room into an old world English den. Yeap, we're the classic decor type ;-).
So, we probably won't be around much, since we have lots to do, and our computers will have to relocate to the bedroom for now. We're very excited about this first project, and bless Ralph Klein for giving us the money to do it :-)).

Another downtown photo from the archives, colorized in monochrome and filtered to convey the great impression this gorgeous city puts on me *s*.

This is a composition of 2 photos taken in different places, on different times. The background photo originally had these gorgeous firey colors of sunset. The foreground photo (me and Joe) was taken at day time, and was cropped out of its background and put on top of the background photo, and then they were blended together.
Can you tell we still don't have any new photos to post? ;-)).

What a nice light the background gives to the second used photo.

Today we post the last 8 photos from Arches NP, Utah, USA, which were taken at the Devils Garden section of Arches, on May 12, 2005. The sun came out when we were there, and we had some wonderful skies to go with the more wonderful landscape. Click on the photo to go to the series main page.

The first post for 2006... and it's a photo from 2 years ago. Oh well, we still don't have any new photos taken this year, so off we went to the archives and pulled this one from January 11, 2004. A big note: Got to go out and take fresh photos *s*.
