Day of the scale 10

As I wrote in my last post, I'm trying my best to boost my weight loss again. The closer I'm getting to my goal - the harder it is. But, boosting my workouts this past two weeks, and watching closely what I eat - did do the trick.

These are my numbers for today:

» 2.6 lbs lost since the last weigh-in (May 7, 2007).
»
Starting Weight: 187 lbs, Current Weight: 143.8 lbs, Goal Weight: 130 lbs.
» 43.2 lbs lost in 28 weeks (75.79% of the amount of lbs I want to lose), an average of 1.54 lbs loss per week.
» 13.8 lbs left to goal.

I could've lost more, if I didn't allow myself few treats here and there. I know that's a fact for sure! But, I don't regret anything, because I know what keeps me in line are those little treats, and for the long run - this is exactly how I'm going to live my culinary life from now on: Watching what I put in my mouth most of the time, and from time to time treat myself to the less better stuff. Yeap, life should include some of the bad stuff as well ;-).
