June has flown by like lightning, and it's that time again - for numbers, evaluation, and maybe some new plans:
Workout » In June 07 I worked out for a total of 32 hours 15 minutes.
» Bike (outdoors) = 3 hours 5 minutes. » Walking (in and outdoors) = 29 hours 10 minutes = 94.55 miles/152.16 km.
» Since I've started my healthy plan almost 8 months ago (Nov. 7, 06), I've worked out for a total of 270 hours & 45 minutes. I rode 31 hours & 55 minutes on the stationary bike + my hybrid bike.
I hiked 66.09 miles (106.36 km) outside for 21 hours & 20 minutes.
I walked 671.89 miles (1,081.30 km) on the treadmill for 217 hours & 30 minutes.
Not bad, me think. Now the big question is: Will I manage to walk 1,000 miles by my first anniversary (Nov. 7, 07)? We'll see *s*. I'll sure try.
And what are the plans for workouts in the future? It's about time to start some weights training, I know I know I know. Maybe July will be the magic time when I'll start do what I think I should do *s*.
Weigh-in »1.0 lb gained since the last weigh-in (June 07, 2007).
» Starting Weight: 187 lbs, Current Weight: 143.6 lbs, Goal Weight: 130 lbs. »43.4 lbs lost in 34 weeks (76.14% of the amount of lbs I want to lose), an average of 1.27 lbs loss per week. »13.6 lbs left to goal.
Small grrr... I don't like the + sign by my numbers, even though it's only 1 lb. I know why I don't lose lately - I eat too much. I do the workouts and burn calories, but I eat too much. After losing 44 lbs, I know my metabolism uses less calories, and adjustments should be made. Should... but don't. Ach... that's the hard part now... give a bigger push and bring what I've begun almost 8 months ago home. I'm well aware of what I need to do, it's just harder to do right now. Must change my routines to trick my body to believe we've just started the journey.
